- Always credit @KarolyneRocha.art when sharingb) Client Responsibilities- Let me know if the commission is commercial (merch, ads, monetization, etc.)c) 🚫 Use of Artificial Intelligence and Digital ProcessingThe client is strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, modifying, or uploading any artwork created by me (Karolyne Rocha) to any type of Artificial Intelligence system, including but not limited to:- Training, fine-tuning, or feeding AI models;
- Generating derivative images, automatic filters, or digital reinterpretations;
- Creating NFTs, automated products, or synthetic content.Even if the artwork was commissioned and depicts the client or their character, the copyright of the artwork remains exclusively mine. The client is granted only the personal or commercial usage rights as previously agreed upon — not the right to modify, resell, or use the artwork for AI-related purposes or machine learning systems.Any violation of this clause — including uploading, modifying, or using the artwork with AI tools without explicit permission — will result in a penalty fee equal to 100% of the total commission price, in addition to any legal action for copyright infringement.
